This has created a pivotal opportunity for someone to step into a hybrid role — blending the structured thinking of a Business Analyst with the delivery mindset of a Project Manager. This role sits at the heart of our pricing team — helping shape what we work on and how we get it done.
- Write clear, concise user stories and tickets that help the team stay aligned on what we’re solving and why.
- Break down work into manageable, testable chunks and help the team frame up solutions.
- Spot where there’s a lack of structure and create it — whether that’s a process, a doc, a diagram, or a quick chat to align people.
- Be the calm presence in the room when things get chaotic helping the team stay grounded and focused.
- A natural facilitator – you’re great at guiding conversations, asking the right questions, and helping people arrive at clarity.
- Clear and confident communicator – whether in writing or speaking, you get your point across without fluff.
- A pragmatic doer – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help the team get unstuck.
