We’re looking for a commercially sharp and people-first Advertising Account Team Lead to join our Growth Advertisers team in London, overseeing the Spanish and Italian markets. This hybrid player-coach role combines leadership with hands-on commercial ownership. You’ll manage a team of 3 Account Managers, collectively responsible for over 100 accounts and a $30M+ annual quota. It’s a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching others, scaling advertiser success, and building strong internal and external relationships.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Native-level or professional fluency in Spanish, with strong English (Italian a plus)
- At least 1 year of formal people management (hiring, salary planning, performance reviews)
- 4+ years in client-facing roles with strong commercial results
- Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Looker or Qlikview
- A proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
Bonus points if you have:
- Hands-on experience managing $100K+ digital ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Snap, Taboola, Outbrain)
- Used measurement platforms like Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer or Tealium
How you’ll make an impact:
- Driving the team to meet and exceed quarterly revenue and new business targets
- Supporting AMs with pipeline management and strategic upsell opportunities
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team managing 50+ accounts each
- Acting as the escalation point for cross-functional issue resolution
- Leading fortnightly reviews across the Spanish and Italian books of business
- Spearheading productivity and operational initiatives with internal teams like Sales Ops, BI and Marketing
