We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation DC/DC, AC/DC, and DC/AC power conversion systems using wide bandgap semiconductors such as SiC and GaN.   • Lead the design, simulation, and development of high-performance power converters (DC/DC, AC/DC, and DC/AC) using SiC and GaN technologies.

  • Drive component selection and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (IEC, UL, automotive, aerospace, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-frequency switching, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal management.
  • Deep understanding of control algorithms for power converters (digital and analog).
  • Proven track record of leading projects from concept to production.
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial, or renewable energy applications.
  • Experience in digital control implementations (DSP, FPGA, Microcontrollers).
  • Exposure to SiC and GaN packaging, thermal modeling, and lifetime estimation.
