Job Summary: The HR Learning & Competency Intern is responsible for supporting the Digital & Integration Learning & Competency Development Team with learning initiatives. The role sits within the HQ HR team and offers the successful candidate an opportunity to contribute to the strategic learning initiatives of our organization while in parallel developing HR-centric skills based on daily activities and interactions with the broader leadership and global teams. The position reports to the Division Learning & Competency Development Manager. Successful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, working with data management and work well in diverse teams. HR Learning & Competency Internship lasts for 1 year duration starting from Summer 2025 and will be based in our London HQ office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Effectively collaborate with learning partners both at HQ, our global teams, and instructor teams, for a smooth learning experience.
  • Develop extensive relationships with key stakeholders to enable good communication and smooth implementation of processes.
  • Keep abreast of all new company-wide HR initiatives and propose implementation and deployment initiatives.
  • Produce live webcast sessions for the Learning & Competency Team on learning initiatives.
  • Update and upgrade Microsoft Power Bi dashboards to be able to track learning adoption and progress.
  • Build an effective monthly report with key metrics to be shared with regional managers with the monthly learning communication updates.
  • Support the development and issuance of Digital Learning Credentials.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or HR-centric degrees (eg. Psychology, etc) with an interest in digital, energy, or technology.
  • PowerBI Data Visualization
  • Data Analytics
  • Basic Coding experience preferred
  • A valid right to work status in the UK for the whole duration of the internship.
