An Asset Manager, specialising in alternative funds, is looking for a Funds Lawyer to join a growing team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior business executives and you will be involved in a diverse portfolio of work. The successful candidate will be offered interesting work combined with a great working environment with a collegiate feel and plenty of opportunities for development and growth.
This will be a broad legal role supporting the General Counsel and advising on a wide range of internal and external legal issues and agreements, including:
- investment fund queries and documentation;
- corporate, technology and infrastructure contracts;
- providing regulatory advice and implementing regulatory change projects;
- broker terms of business;
- non-disclosure agreements;
- internal corporate documentation.
You will have a minimum of 2 years of Post Qualified Experience gained in a law firm or legal department of a financial services organisation. Investment funds / financial services regulatory experience is essential. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business.
