Seaton House, the forthcoming 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking an experienced HR Manager. As HR Manager, you will be integral to fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture in line with our high standards of hospitality. Hospitality experience is essential for this role. What You’ll Do: Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Seaton House and Valor Hospitality. Lead on employee relations on property. Working with the management team to manage the recruitment, selection and onboardingprocesses (using Teamtailor). Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (using Karero). Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management supported by the Employee Relations Manager. What We’re Looking For: Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive. People oriented and results driven. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. (EPS, Karero, Teamtailor, Workvivo) Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
