We are seeking a Product Developer who is passionate about product innovation, with a meticulous eye for detail and is exceptionally well organised. As a Product Developer, you will play a pivotal role in helping the Designers bring the collections to life, ensuring that high standards are met throughout each of the development stages. Product Developer – Responsibilities Collaborate with Design to follow the product development process from first sketch through to SMS and final handover to the technical team, ensuring design intent is realised. To source fabrics, trims and components that align with the designer’s vision, maintaining the fit, feel, and quality of the brand. Build strong professional relationships with suppliers, communicating clearly and negotiating where necessary to meet price points, without compromising on quality or design integrity. Create detailed technical drawings, set up BOMs, and development packs, ensuring all technical specs and costings meet targets. Partner with the technical team throughout the fit process to risk-assess each style, ensuring suitability for production. Ensure sampling for design meetings, key market presentations, and SMS are of the highest quality and delivered on time.
