William Rose Associates is currently partnering with an established financial services firm based in London, which is looking for an Implementation Analyst to join the firm.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Implementation Analyst

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role
2. Implementation/project management experience
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft CRM and/or SQL

OVERVIEW | Implementation Analyst

This is a broad and hands-on role within a growing, fast-paced consultancy team that plays a key part in shaping client outcomes and internal product development. Working across Relationship Management, Project Delivery, and Support, the Analyst acts as a bridge between technical teams and clients – translating client needs into scalable solutions, feeding into product enhancements, and supporting onboarding and training where needed. There\’s a strong analytical element, with regular use of SQL and Excel, as well as a focus on process improvement and capturing insight from client interactions to drive continuous improvement. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and influencing the direction of both client relationships and product evolution.
