We are currently partnered with a well regarded credit fund looking to add either an IR Analyst or Associate professional to its team in London. The company has been in the market for over 20 years and is one of the market leaders in its field. This individual will sit within the IR team and play a pivotal part in supporting the fundraising process, completing day-to-day project management responsibilities and co-ordinating marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Senior IR team to organise roadshows, meeting notes, and investor follow-ups.
- Assist in the production of pitchbooks, teasers and other marketing materials.
- Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies and support with relevant press releases.
- Update and maintain CRM.
- Support with the organisation of investor events and AGMs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role at another private markets fund or placement agent.
- Experience in working with private markets strategies is essential.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
