As a Regional Director, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the strategic and operational success of a major UK region. With leadership over a 1,000-strong workforce, this role is pivotal in driving performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Leadership: Design and deliver regional strategies aligned with wider business goals.
- P&L Ownership: Full financial accountability — drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure profitability.
- Operational Delivery: Ensure seamless delivery of workforce services with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to foster new and repeat business.
- Workforce Management: Oversee recruitment, development, and retention strategies for regional teams.
