We are seeking an experienced and strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to lead and execute end-to-end GTM strategies within our hardware organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, data-savvy professional with a strong background in program management and a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead GTM planning and execution for hardware product launches and lifecycle management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align on objectives and deliverables
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to inform strategic decisions, track performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Drive process improvements and build scalable frameworks for GTM operations
- Develop clear documentation, presentations, and dashboards to communicate plans and performance across stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in Go-to-Market strategy, program management, or related roles—preferably within a hardware-focused organization
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and timelines across multiple teams
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and data modeling
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success in launching products and driving cross-functional alignment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
