A dynamic and fast-growing investment firm based in London is seeking an exceptional Associate or Vice President to join its investment team. The firm focuses on deploying scalable, long-dated capital into high-quality, asset-backed opportunities across the UK and Europe, with a particular emphasis on the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, structure, and execute complex credit and equity investments backed by real estate and other asset classes
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis to support investment decisions
- Lead workstreams and liaise with legal, tax, and other advisors through transaction execution
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist in active asset management
- Prepare investment memos and present to internal investment committees
Candidate Profile:
- 3–8 years of experience in private equity, credit investing, investment banking, or real estate investing
- Strong exposure to structured finance, real estate-backed lending, or opportunistic investing
- Solid financial modeling and analytical skills; familiarity with deal structuring and execution processes
