Flourish are partnering with our client in the health-tech SaaS space with the recruitment of new account managers for their sales team. The role will be based 5 days a week in the central Guildford office. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in B2B sales. There will be a 1-stage interview process held at the Flourish HQ in Victoria on the 14th May. Offers will be made on the day!
The Business: Our client are a global leader in providing technology solutions for care homes across the UK. Their tailored software solutions allow care homes to be more efficient, provide a higher service of care and ensure no detail is missed through the range of tailored digital solutions they have on offer. Our client are on a huge growth trajectory, and after continued success, are looking to expand their business development function further in Guildford.
The Account manager role will be focussed on generating new business opportunities through an outbound approach with existing clients as well as new clients. You will be responsible for reaching out mainly via the phone as well as LinkedIn and email to connect with key decision makers at residential care homes across the UK and book qualified business appointments for senior sellers to attend and close. You will be responsible for growing client accounts through upselling, cross selling and providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Cold-calling prospects and potential new clients.
- Cross selling and upselling to current clients, growing the accounts further and generating revenue.
- Using lead generating software to identify potential prospects.
- LinkedIn and email campaigns to key decision makers.
- Prospecting and generating leads and adding value to the top of the sales pipeline.
- Providing solutions for the pain points of clients.
- Maintaining CRM systems and the sales pipeline.
- Working in partnership with the wider sales team to get deals over the line.
