Working for an award-winning property development business, an exciting opportunity has opened up for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and team leadership in the Leicester area. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who can oversee all aspects of marketing, drive performance, and support business growth through effective marketing initiatives.
With additional sites opening in the coming months, this role would suit someone who understands the importance of acquisition marketing and ideally has come from a background in property/real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a year-long marketing plan aligned with business objectives, outlining key campaigns, messaging, and tactical execution.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing Management: Take ownership of the company’s website, lead conversion strategies, SEO, PPC advertising, and social media presence to maximise engagement and drive sales.
- Event & Community Engagement: Lead marketing efforts for key events such as open days, housing fairs, and business/community events, ensuring high-quality brand representation.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear KPIs, overseeing personal development plans, and ensuring high performance.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct surveys, analyse data, and leverage industry trends to enhance marketing effectiveness and improve customer engagement.
- Budget & Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing spend, assess campaign performance against benchmarks, and provide regular reports on ROI.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with key university staff, societies, community groups, and local businesses to enhance brand reach and referral opportunities.
About you:
- You will be an experienced Marketing Manager and have experience working across all marketing channels.
- Experience in leading a team and helping mentor junior members of staff.
