Beach Baker is proud to be working with a well-established, independent property consultancy in Bristol to appoint a Partner-level Agency & Investment professional. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and grow a key service line within a highly respected, regionally influential firm.
Leadership & Autonomy: Lead the Agency & Investment function with the backing of a respected leadership team. Leverage an impressive network of institutional and regional clients, with long-standing relationships already in place.
Strategic Growth: Play a central role in the firm's wider expansion plans and help define the direction of the business in the South West.
Diverse Mandates: Work across a strong pipeline of office, industrial, and investment deals - both disposals and acquisitions. In this senior leadership role, you'll head up the Agency & Investment team - advising landlords, developers, and investors on high-value transactions throughout Bristol and the wider South West.
You’ll also work cross-functionally with other service lines including valuation, development, and property management to offer an integrated service to clients. Lead on disposals and acquisitions across the office and industrial sectors. Manage investment instructions for institutional and private clients. Identify and develop new opportunities to grow the firm’s client base.
MRICS qualified with a minimum of 10 years' PQE in office, industrial, or investment agency. A natural leader with commercial acumen, vision, and collaborative working style. Tenacious, strategic, and highly motivated to grow a business unit and deliver client value.
Competitive base salary up to £75,000, plus uncapped bonus. Car allowance and comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid/flexible working model.
