Our client, a leading non-profit organisation currently going through a D365 digital transformation programme, is looking to welcome an experienced D365 F&O Finance Systems Manager to their team to serve as a lead implementing D365 Finance and Operations (F&O). Hybrid Role - 3 Days Office Based | 2 days Remote - London.
This role encompasses managing the day-to-day operations of the D365 environment, aiding in Month/Year-end Reporting, and collaborating with the Analytics department on Data Reporting/Modelling.
System Ownership & Management Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Administrative tasks related to settings, security roles, rules, and workflows.
- Managing the full lifecycle of security definitions and configuration.
- Work with the system experts to design, test, and implement technical solutions as defined by business requirements.
- Provide first-tier end-user support for the platform and other interfaces.
- Lead and participate in projects to improve the D365 F&O system.
- Data Warehousing and Reporting.
- Supervising a team comprising 2 Finance Analysts and 2 Data Modellers/Analysts.
- Supporting month-end and year-end systems activities.
- Support auditing exercises.
- Strong working knowledge of Finance modules.
- Knowledge of financial principles.
- Proven track record of delivering successful system support.
- Technical experience in D365 Systems Administration and Configuration.
- Microsoft D365 Administration from an operational organisation or from implementing projects.
- Knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory compliance about enterprise architecture, D365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Excellent skills in handling and advising on simple and complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
