We are seeking an experienced Business Change Lead to join a central transformation team within the hospitality industry. As the sole point of accountability for Change Management across the strategic growth programme and other key initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through successful adoption of new ways of working. Your work will ensure that the organisation achieves maximum value from the transformation initiatives, supporting teams in embracing change and setting the business up for long-term success.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of change management strategies for a large transformation programme and supporting initiatives.
- Work closely with programme and project teams to deliver hands-on change management assessments and recommendations.
- Own and implement structured change approaches (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) across the full change lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all change-related matters, ensuring consistency and accountability.
- Get involved early in strategic initiatives, identifying change impacts and ensuring change management is part of design and planning, not just implementation.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews, identifying risks to adoption.
- Build strong relationships across functions such as operations, training, marketing, and tech to co-create and deliver change plans.
- Partner with training and ops teams to develop and roll out training materials for front-line and central teams.
- Monitor post-launch adoption and implement real-time adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Act as an advocate for change management, coaching internal teams on best practices.
Ideal experience & profile:
- Strong background in change management, business consulting, or transformation roles—ideally within hospitality, retail, or other operationally complex sectors.
- Proven experience in designing and executing change strategies across multi-site environments.
- Comfortable working in newly-formed transformation functions and setting up change management practices from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts and create compelling narratives.
