Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Measure and fit uPVC windows, doors, and frames accurately.
- Ensure proper sealing and alignment to prevent drafts or leaks.
- Install window and door hardware such as locks, handles, and hinges.
- Carry out repairs to existing uPVC doors and windows (e.g., fixing broken seals, replacing damaged handles or locks).
- Complete repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Basic DBS check.
- Valid UK driving license (minimum 6 points).
- Experience in uPVC installation and repairs.
- Background in social housing maintenance is preferred.
