Job Title: Ventilation Compliance Supervisor Job Type: Permanent We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Supervisor to oversee the delivery of Duct and Ventilation Hygiene Cleaning Contracts. Supervise General Ventilation Cleaning, Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning, Fire Damper Testing, and Water Tank Cleaning/Refurbishment. * Carry out and comply with all relevant risk assessments and health & safety guidelines. * Supervise Compliance Operatives and ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications. * Provide on-the-job training and guidance for new and temporary team members. * Respond to urgent issues and communicate progress clearly with relevant teams. Resources & Training: * Comprehensive internal and external on-the-job training. * Health and Safety training. * Grease Hygiene Technician training). Quality & Environmental Responsibilities: * Adhere to company processes and procedures to ensure quality service. * Comply with the Company\’s Environmental Policy.
