Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable Bristol based organisation with a large and varied property portfolio including Residential, Educational and Public Buildings & Historic landmarks, to appoint an experienced Fire Safety Surveyor to to the busy Technical/Asset Management team. You will be responsible for the client side delivery of Fire Safety projects across the property stock, and will manage the projects through various stages from inception to completion, initial surveys, specification of works, management of contractor and post inspection / quality survey. Works will include Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Compartmentation, Fire door installation and remedials.
