The role includes both pre- and post-placement work, and focuses on ensuring the safety, welfare, and long-term care plans for vulnerable children. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience working with children and families in a statutory safeguarding setting Proven experience with children in need (CIN), child protection (CP), and public/private law proceedings Experience supporting children at risk of CSE, CSA, and those missing from home Ability to manage competing demands and meet statutory timescales Full UK driving licence Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service)
