Associate Director – Interior Design (Technical Delivery) Sector: Commercial & Mixed-Use Interiors Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in studio, 2 days WFH) Software: Revit essential | Rhino a plus We’re partnering with a respected interior architecture studio in London to find a technically-minded Associate Director —someone who knows how to get high-spec commercial interiors delivered on time, on budget, and with serious finesse. A senior-level Interior Designer or Architect with extensive experience delivering large commercial and mixed-use interior schemes A confident client lead who’s guided complex projects from design development through to handover Architects looking to “try out” interiors without solid commercial fit-out experience Lead technical delivery across large-scale interiors projects, especially from RIBA Stage 3 onwards Own the process—coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Develop and review technical drawing packages in Revit Support resourcing, budgeting, and pipeline planning with the senior team A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture Proven experience delivering commercial workplace, retail, or developer-led interiors Deep understanding of building regs, fit-out methods, and technical detailing Revit proficiency is essential ; Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD a bonus Hybrid working (3 studio days / 2 from home) ~ A respected, collaborative team with a real dedication to quality delivery
