Our client is a very successful company based in Wokingham, seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team. This position is ideal for someone skilled in administration, coordination, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all administrative duties for the team and will need excellent relationship-building skills. This role could also suit a graduate looking to progress. The working hours are 8:30-5pm, Monday to Friday, and the position is office-based in Wokingham, offering a salary of up to £28,000 with fantastic benefits, including a discretionary 12% annual bonus!
What will I be doing in the Administration Assistant role?
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Processing data match requests and results
- Using various software, including Microsoft Office and bespoke supplier tools
- Resolving supplier compliance queries
- Compliance checking and processing a high volume of work submitted by the installers
- Handling customer queries and providing settlement statements
- Compliance checking and completion
- Submission of all jobs from the previous month by their deadline
- Liaising with the Finance team to resolve queries
- Updating internal management reports
- Providing data for audits
