IT TRAINING AND SUPPORT ANALYST

This is a full-time remote role for a Support Analyst at a Cyber Security Solutions Company. The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support, but will also be actively involved in ongoing projects. Our client is a Managed Security Service Provider based in Central Scotland. The company was founded by a Management Team with over 20 years of experience in developing and delivering Cybersecurity services. They have partnered with industry leaders to offer world-class Cyber Risk Management services. With a mission to enable customers\’ digital trust every day, and focuses on delivering comprehensive cybersecurity solutions at an affordable cost. What projects? Ability to work independently and remotely Linux * Microsoft Exchange * Cyber Security * Demonstrable, industry experience of Python or PHP would be an advantage. Must be comfortable working remotely and willing to travel to our offices and customer locations
