Engineer - Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer (1 Yr FTC) – Field based/ South UK – Diagnostics We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with experience in the diagnostics or instrumentation industry to join the field engineering team on a 1 year fixed term contract servicing clients in the Southern half of the UK. This well-established company has a comprehensive benefits package. Provide support, training and advice on instrumentation to customers. Deliver and install instruments at client sites, handling system integration and providing client training. Participate in the design, development, and delivery of training programs. Respond to technical support inquiries, addressing concerns and identifying areas for improvement. Participate in alpha and beta testing of new software and hardware. Proven experience in a client-facing technical engineering role. Experience working remotely. Full UK driving license. Proficiency in various IT applications, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software. Openness to undertake training to enhance skills. Any experience with software testing would be advantageous.
