Do you have 12-24 months experience within a Recruitment business? Strong understanding of Contractor Compliance? High levels of organisation and attention to detail?
Working as part of the Operations for an International Recruitment business, you will be instrumental in ensuring Contractors are Compliant, documents are accurate and sent out to deadline, and audits are successfully completed. This is an opportunity to grow your career within Compliance, with a Manager title on the horizon!
Your role will include:
- Drafting and managing contract documents in line with Company and regulatory standards
- Conducting compliance checks - focusing on ID, Certification and Right to Works
- Collaborating with Consultants, ensuring timelines are met and correct documentation received
- Responding to both internal and external enquiries
- Ad hoc sales and office administration
Have you got:
- Experience within Recruitment Compliance, ideally within the Contractor market
- Strong communication skills - the ability to push back on Recruiters on a busy sales floor
- Flexible approach to duties, happy to assist with Admin across all teams in the business
- Familiarity with Recruitment specific software - Bullhorn would be a huge plus
- Personality - this business is full of characters, energy and fun!
