We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our client based in Chertsey. Within this role you will provide a positive, approachable service to customers, employees and visitors. Through effective organisation and planning of administration tasks, the co-ordination of meeting venues and providing an efficient and friendly telephone service to the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering & forwarding of all telephone calls.
- Receiving visitors and customers to site, ensuring that all security procedures have been administered.
- Provide general administration support to employees.
- Collate and distribute all mail within the business on a daily basis.
- Deal with customer and supplier queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain all stationery and consumables orders.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven reception and administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and good multi-tasking skills.
