We are seeking an Associate-level Campus Recruiter to join our dynamic team focused on attracting top early career talent across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The role involves driving recruitment strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and serving as a key liaison between business leaders, HR partners, and potential candidates.

The Campus Recruitment team is a fast-moving, rapidly evolving function working to position the organisation as a leading employer brand across EMEA and globally. Our mission is to deliver top entry-level talent for a wide range of functions, including Corporate Functions, Investments, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process for multiple business areas, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring top university talent.
  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, campus recruiting peers, and HR colleagues to align hiring efforts with organisational needs.
  • Plan and execute high-impact engagement events, including on-campus and virtual sessions, as well as the annual Summer Internship Programme.
  • Maintain accurate data tracking and reporting to ensure visibility and measurement of hiring success.
  • Support marketing campaigns and utilise innovative tools to connect with and attract a diverse candidate pool.

  • Demonstrable passion for campus recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of the student and graduate job market in the UK and EMEA.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with a proven track record of building and managing professional relationships.
  • Fast learner with sound decision-making skills and the ability to act on feedback constructively.
