The role:
Working as part of a 24/7 operational team, you will play a vital role in monitoring vessel routes, supporting clients, and ensuring maritime safety. This is a shift-based role (4 days on, 4 days off, 9am-9pm), averaging 40-42 hours per week.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing captains with timely and accurate security updates
- Responding to client queries via phone and email
- Monitoring vessel movements for safety and compliance
- Issuing real-time maritime security incident alerts
- Creating detailed Route Risk Reports
- Accurately logging data and supporting day-to-day operations
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a control room, emergency response or shift-based operations
- Maritime experience is desirable but not essential
