Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC Programs for 4 & 5 axis machines, Multi-Axis Turn-Mills using Siemens NX & Vericut and Create CNC Grinding Programs for various grinding machines.
- Manage New Part Introduction for prototype and production projects.
- Define manufacturing routings and BOM using SAP ERP.
- Design fixtures and tooling for NPI projects.
- Support departmental training and progression.
- Estimate production times and costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
