One of London's Leading Banks is looking for a Loan IQ / CMBS Business Analyst / Loan Servicing Representative to join their team. The Bank is enhancing its product offering in EMEA, to begin supporting the Commercial Mortgage Back Security (CMBS) product on its London platform, for the Commercial Real Estate line of business.
Key Requirements:
- Background or previous experience working with CMBS.
- Extensive experience operating directly as a Business Analyst.
- Extensive experience working within Financial Services.
- Have Loan IQ system / Loan servicing experience.
- Experience working in EMEA.
- Strong understanding of building tightly controlled processes ensuring Operational risk is always considered.
