The Client
We are currently partnering with one of the most exciting Technology / IT startup recruitment agencies in the UK, who focus on a particular niche of the tech industry in the USA! Based in the heart of Welwyn Garden City, the business has just moved to newly renovated state of the art offices. They partner with Consulting Partners and End user customers to supply both permanent, and contract staff to assist customers through implementations and to provide ongoing post-production/ BAU support post Go-Live. As a business their focus is recruiting for businesses in the USA, predominantly the East Coast but also have clients in Texas, Chicago, and San Fran.
The Candidate
- A strong educational background with great language / writing skills
- Ideally 6 months minimum sales / recruitment experience (open to background of different industries of recruitment)
- Also open to people from estate agency / car sales / new business telesales environments
- A money motivated attitude
- Outgoing personality
- The ability to speak to high level clients / candidates
The Role
- They have a very warm desk for someone to come into, their average perm fee is £25,000 and their average contract GP is £1,200 per week, per contractor. So very big fees which means very high earning potential.
- Working directly with a number of the directors, a lot of training and development is offered with this role and happy to train people up from scratch.
The Package
- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Up to 35% commission (uncapped)
- Gym membership
- Biannual trips to the US

- Weekends away / company holidays (Dubai 2020)

Due to being focused on the American market, this particular role's core working hours are 11AM - 8PM.
