As an integral member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of systems and equipment across our facility. Your expertise will be key to minimising downtime, ensuring safety, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Fix or replace broken doors, windows, locks, and other structural components. Repair or replace damaged flooring, tiles, and carpets. Address issues with light fixtures, switches, and electrical outlets. Patch and paint walls or touch up any surface damage. Install new electrical outlets or switches and perform other minor electrical repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical problems, such as malfunctioning circuits or faulty equipment.
