A prestigious, Legal 500 and Chambers-listed law firm with an outstanding global reputation is seeking a US Immigration Attorney to join its highly regarded Immigration Department in London. This newly created role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s US immigration practice.
You will work with an impressive client portfolio, advising dynamic owned and managed businesses, multinational corporations, individual talent and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of US immigration matters. The team is known for its collaborative approach, high standards, and commercial awareness.
- Provide expert advice and assistance on non-immigrant (NIV) and immigrant (IV) visa processes, E-visas, O visas, L visas, Green Cards and services for US citizens.
- Serve as point of contact for clients on US immigration matters.
- Collaborate with other departments across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Prepare and draft high-quality petitions/applications and related documentation.
- Work closely with the immigration partner to shape and implement the firm’s US immigration strategy.
Qualified US Attorney, ideally newly qualified to 2 years' PQE, with demonstrable experience in US immigration law. Additional language skills and a strong academic background would be highly advantageous.
