Our client, a large acute NHS Trust in Essex, is currently recruiting for a full-time locum pharmacist with hospital experience to join their team as soon as possible (Dec or January 2025 start). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to work in a ward-based setting, providing essential clinical pharmacy support across medical and surgical wards. Key Details: Position: Locum Band 6 or 7 Pharmacist Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with a 30-minute lunch break) Location: Bedford Parking: Onsite parking available Ward-Based Role: The position involves direct interaction with patients and healthcare teams on the wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medications, patient counselling, and clinical input on treatment plans. Pay Rate: £23 – £30 per hour (via PAYE Direct Engagement) Contract length – Up to 6 months!
