Our client is a major hardware player in some of the biggest and fastest-growing market segments, delivering smartphones, smart home devices, laptops, watches and accessories through resellers and direct online sales.
As the Executive Narratives & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that articulate the vision, mission, and initiatives of the executive leadership.
- Media Relations: Collaborate with the public relations team to manage media interactions, including drafting press releases and coordinating interviews to promote Google Hardware's initiatives.
- Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed.
- Social Media Strategy: Manage and curate content for executives' social media profiles to enhance their online presence and engagement with key audiences.
- Crisis Communication: Provide strategic counsel and develop communication materials during crises to maintain trust and transparency.
- Support the planning and execution of New Product Introductions (NPIs) and expansion into new products and markets within the Home and Health sectors.
- Support defining strategic narratives and align with stakeholders for ongoing adjustments to plans based on market conditions and to support business cases for new investments.
- Support projects to address emerging strategic questions by helping with recommendations on key decisions, managing change, and incubating new capabilities.
- Support building executive-level communications for our team, ranging from launch and activity updates to presentations to C-level executive briefings.
- Help optimize our internal forums and communication channels by establishing cadence, building agendas and curating content.
Minimum of 6-7 years in executive communications, public relations, or a related field within the technology sector.
Experience working directly with senior executives in a communications capacity.
Familiarity with corporate culture and internal communication channels.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing communication strategies that have positively impacted organizational goals.
Experience in managing social media platforms and content strategies for executives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
