A luxury British heritage brand which has become iconic in the fashion space is looking for an eCommerce Business Analyst to join their London office. In this newly created role, you’ll play a crucial part in identifying customer pain points, uncovering business opportunities, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goals.

About the role

  • Partner with business and tech teams to assess technology needs, define scope, and document requirements.
  • Analyse and optimise business processes, mapping out current and future states.
  • Evaluate new ideas, supporting business case development and project planning.
  • Oversee small to mid-size projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Assist in selecting new software and vendor partnerships.
  • Support sprint activities, providing updates and risk assessments to leadership.
  • Conduct user testing and training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

About you

  • Several years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, gained in a retail environment.
