BMW Used Car Sales Manager Wolvercote, Oxford OX2 In support of exciting ongoing growth objectives for our BMW Sales operation, we are looking to appoint an experienced Used Car Manager. Joining a large, combined retail sales team in one of the biggest and most exciting areas from which to operate in the UK, this role will work alongside a New BMW Management colleague, as well as a Retail Sales Management team, and report to the General Sales Manager. Stock acquisition is supported by a dedicated BMW Used car buyer, reporting to this position. A strong track record of success in retail automotive Sales management is a prerequisite for this position, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate success in the used car arena in what continues to be a very fluid and fickle marketplace. Alongside these crucial stock management skills, is the need to oversee a clear enquiry management process and help support the building of a winning sales team culture. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this organisation, as well as our own image and actions being completely aligned with the modern high-tech products which we are privileged to sell. In return, we will provide training, support and guidance through our highly experienced management structure, along with a great working environment and culture through being part of the renowned William Morgan Group, a privately owned business representing The BMW Group for many years, and more recently also agents for the Ineos Grenadier. Rewards Your hard work will be rewarded with an OTE salary of £66,500pa, plus the opportunity to earn a further £8,500pa in the form of a stretch bonus, a Company Vehicle, 33 days annual leave rising to 35 with service (inc bank holidays) your birthday off, Cycle to Work Scheme, Pension scheme, Private Healthcare, paid time off for volunteering, access to bespoke training courses at the state-of-the-art BMW Training Academy and a globally recognised BMW accreditation and certification.
