We're looking for a Technical Lead to join a scaling Start-Up based in West London.
The company have a hugely successful core product, built with Ruby on Rails that has revolutionised the experiences of disabled passengers on the rail networks of the UK, Japan and Canada.
They are looking for an experienced technical lead to help look after their Ruby team, as well as their TypeScript team that is building and shipping new products along the same values/tech for good space.
Essential Skills

- TDD (this is a non-negotiable and would be heavily probed at interview)
