Project Interior Designer

Mid-Weight Interior Designer Location: Central London | Sector: High-End Residential & Hospitality | Type: Full-time, Hybrid A leading multidisciplinary design studio in Central London is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically skilled designer with 2–4 years’ UK-based experience on high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects. Key Requirements: ~2–4 years’ professional experience delivering high-end interiors in the UK ~ Strong conceptual and technical skills, with fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite ~ Excellent understanding of bespoke finishes, FF&E, and procurement processes ~ Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction detailing ~ Confident communication and presentation skills, with fluency in spoken and written English ~ Highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach to design delivery Key Responsibilities: Develop and present creative interior concepts and mood boards aligned to client briefs Design and document bespoke joinery, lighting, and finishes with artisan collaborators Manage FF&E design, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, and installation Produce schedules and tender packages, coordinating with the technical and PM teams Collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure seamless execution on-site Work closely with a small design team to deliver projects to the highest standard This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated UK and international projects within a collaborative and ambitious studio.
