THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Technical Consultant to join our ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations practice as a senior consultant to support client implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow implementation projects, with at least one project involving ServiceNow Risk solutions (i.e., Integrated Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Business Continuity Management). While collaborating with customers, and the wider ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations delivery team, the right candidate will be able to implement ServiceNow solutions based on requirements and architectural designs approved by the client. The candidate will also lead and participate in the delivery of demonstrations, workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions for customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and document client requirements as part of a ServiceNow implementation project
  • Configure and test ServiceNow Risk solutions
  • Be a technical delivery resource, ensuring delivery excellence, aligned to ServiceNow Risk practice expectations
  • Stay current with new developments in the ServiceNow platform and apply that knowledge to client solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong in ServiceNow development
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including experience with custom development, integrations, and workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
  • Experience working in a consulting environment
  • Experience working with industry-leading security operations tools (e.g., CyberXM, Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, Prisma, Snyk, Veracode, Wiz, Orca, Tanium, Splunk, QRadar, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, ProofPoint, Cisco, etc)

Required Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one or more of the following: Risk and Compliance, Third-party Risk Management (TPRM) Implementer, Micro-Certification - Business Continuity Management
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications
  • Experience in working with an integrated global practice
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
