A private investment management company based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a Junior Office Manager to join their small and friendly company. Note this role is fully office-based with hours of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday β Friday.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge University, have 3 A levels grades which are grade A, and grade 7 or higher in maths GCSE.
As Junior Office Manager, your duties will include:
- General office management β ensuring the office is well maintained and presented at all times
- Managing phones/printers/computers
- Dealing with all office suppliers
- Arranging travel for the team
- Managing reception and being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
- Dealing with all incoming mail, booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Assisting Directors with ad-hoc personal admin
- Providing holiday cover for the EA
- Planning all team events
- Ordering office supplies from Ocado and a healthy lunch each day for the office
To be successful in this role, you must be MS Office literate, have good attention to detail and be willing to help where needed. You will be a team player and be able to prioritise tasks along with possessing excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Successful candidates will need to complete a personality test, online maths test and trial day at the office.
