The Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursery Practitioner with experience in supporting young children with additional needs. In this role, you will work closely with children, families, and the wider team to provide personalised care and learning opportunities. Your role will involve fostering each child’s development, managing sensory and emotional needs, and creating a safe, inclusive environment. Main Responsibilities -Support young children with SEND to achieve developmental milestones. -Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual needs. -Work one-to-one and in small groups. -Collaborate with parents/carers to ensure consistency in care and learning. -Assist with sensory and emotional regulation strategies. -Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment. -Keep accurate records of children’s progress and share insights with the team.
