About the Role: This role supports the design and landscaping side of the business by managing incoming enquiries, preparing quotes for bespoke work, booking consultations, and helping coordinate the delivery of products and labour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming garden design and landscaping enquiries
  • Prepare quotes using pricing templates and liaise with the Design team
  • Book site visits and consultations
  • Assist with product order scheduling and delivery coordination
  • Support project managers with diary alignment for multi-day jobs
  • Order products, manage project management software and be of assistance to design team

Requirements:

  • Admin, sales support, or coordination experience in design, landscaping, construction, or property services
  • Ability to understand design terminology and quote structures
  • Organised, professional, and customer-focused
  • Previous experience in quoting smaller landscaping projects advantageous
