Role Summary

We are looking for a Production Assistant to work alongside our production team to assist in the management of a wide range of projects. This is a hands-on role, supporting all stages of event production. The candidates’ main responsibilities will be to assist the team to manage the smooth running of events, from project kick off, all the way through to on-site delivery. This will include sourcing and managing suppliers, administration support, warehouse kit prep, and onsite support. Ensuring our company standards and policies are adhered to throughout.

It is essential that candidates can prioritise tasks while working on multiple projects at a time and are comfortable with working independently as well as collaboratively. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to develop their experience in the industry and to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Administration - Managing incoming quotes & proposals, Managing kit lists, assist budgeting
  • Production Support - Assist creative schedules, coordinate with crew and venue support, equipment preparation
  • On-site Role - Supporting production director, hands on approach to problems, representing company to highest standard

Experience/Skills:

  • Basic AV knowledge (school / college) or AV technician looking to progress to the next level
  • Good IT Skills
  • Time Management
  • Self-Motivated
  • Drive or accessible to South West London
  • Good communication experience

  • AutoCAD Skills
