We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to design and lead quality assurance strategies that ensure reliable, scalable, and secure digital products. You will take ownership of QA practices across a high-impact health-tech platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve engineering standards, user experience, and overall product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement quality assurance strategies aligned with iterative development and scalable architecture.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in product quality, user experience, and system reliability.
- Serve as a technical leader for QA, setting standards and mentoring teammates in best practices.
- Champion modern QA methodologies and technologies, including automated and manual testing approaches.
- Foster a culture of security-first thinking by guiding peers on secure testing practices.
- Be a central voice for quality across the organization, providing clear feedback and maintaining quality gates for releases.
- Maintain deep familiarity with QA tools and stay current with emerging trends in testing and quality assurance.
- Act as a mentor to others by promoting respectful, constructive, and knowledge-sharing communication.
- Prioritise effectively to balance immediate needs with long-term quality goals.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to technology leadership on quality metrics and initiatives.

- Hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing, with knowledge of leading QA tools and frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., digital health, SaMD) and familiarity with ISO 13485, GDPR, and HIPAA.
