What you'll be doing?
Producing conceptual design schemes and agreeing client brief
Managing and reviewing sub-consultants designs
Regular design team meetings with clients and other stakeholders
What projects will I work on?
Variety of work including commercial, residential, industrial and leisure schemesMaster planning schemes including regeneration of urban areas
What you'll need to have:
Confidence in meetings to understand the brief and programme the workGood management skillsAt least 8 years experience as a building services design engineerIf this sounds good get in touch – don't worry if your CV is not up to date we can cross that bridge later
