The Opportunity

We have numerous vacancies for a Quarry Operative to join our team at Cauldon Low Quarry in Stroke On Trent, as our Quarry Operative reporting to our Site Manager, you'll join our operational team to help run the quarry and process plant safely and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work with both fixed and mobile plants to safely move and process materials. We operates Mon to Fri 6Am to 4PM, Weekend on adhocs basis

Who you are

• We are looking for a highly Safety conscious and motivated General Operative with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and team working skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Previous experience within a similar industry/quarry – preferred
• Operation of mobile plant (Some or all-Loading Shovel, Articulated/Rigid Dump Truck, Excavator,Tractor) safely and efficiently carrying out daily safety checks
• Goetechnical Qualifications is preferred.
