Steele Charles are delighted to have been engaged with one of the UK's fastest growing renewable energy companies, fully committed to supporting the UK transition to a lower-carbon economy by developing several renewable energy projects across the UK. These projects/facilities will combine the latest technology for onshore wind and solar generation to help facilitate and deliver some of the lowest energy costs in the UK.
Due to continued growth they are searching for a Senior Overhead Line Engineer. This role is key in supporting project development and delivery while ensuring robust OHL design and compliance.
Reports to: Head of Engineering
- Develop and enforce high-quality engineering procedures.
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in OHL design and project delivery.
- Understanding of CDM regulations and UK electricity network standards.
