TechOhana have partnered with a leading Retail business who have a global presence across Europe that need a Salesforce Technical Architect to work on their Sales, Service & CPQ platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business just as they are about to embark on some new initiatives.
The Role:
As the Salesforce Technical Architect, you will take ownership of the Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design scalable, future-proof solutions. This is a highly strategic role with a blend of hands-on technical leadership and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical architecture and design across Sales, Service, and CPQ implementations.
- Define and document scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned to business goals.
- Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and C-suite sponsors.
- Drive innovation and maintain a pulse on Salesforce platform updates and ecosystem advancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect within enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (Salesforce or equivalent).
